All orders are produced on demand by our print-on-demand partners and shipped directly to you.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to produce. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After production, shipping typically takes:

United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 7-15 business days
- International: 10-20 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at stephen@sketchidesigns.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
